​ENGINEERING COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT

Royal Brompton & Harefield Foundation NHS Trust

April 2016 to present. The role performed various tasks and audits of healthcare facilities providing leadership and critical review. Inspection included the preparation of compliance dashboards and management reports. 

 

HEAD OF DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING:

North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust

2005- 2007. The position managed a varied team of 60+ radiography and clinical support staff providing diagnostic imaging to the acute Trust. The role also managed the introduction and installation of PACS digital imaging project (£10M) throughout the trust.


SITE MANAGER:

​

Biomedical Technical Services, Princess AlexandraHospital, Queensland Health, Brisbane - 2002 -2005. The role managed a team of medical equipment technicians and biomedical engineers providing services to three health services districts. Managing a team of 23 providing services through services level agreements aligned to agreed KPI’s.

 

ENGINEERING MANAGER:



New Build Project Manager: Logon- Beaudesert District Health Service, Queensland Health, Brisbane -1995-2002. The project management position was responsible for the delivery of hard FM engineering compliance services and major works through a team of in-house and contractors to the health district during the new build of acute and community based hospitals and services.

 

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER:



Maintenance Manager: Bayside District Health Service, Queensland Health, Brisbane - 1992-1995. The position supported the delivery of engineering compliance and major works to several health districts.



ELECTRICAL ENGINEER:



Princess Alexandra Hospital, Queensland Health, Brisbane- 1991-1992. The project was commissioned to upgrade emergency lighting and electrical standby systems within the 600 bed hospital. The project was completed enabling the Hospital to achieve accreditation.
